GARDEN WITH TERRACE

We are preparing for you houses in two versions: a 4-bedroom variant with a study and two parking spaces and a 5-bedroom variant with a garage and a parking space.

The houses range in size from approx. 107 to 152 m2 and are two-storey, with a flat roof. Each has its own garden with a terrace. We use modern materials and technologies for the construction. We think about nature and sustainability, so each house will be ready for the installation of photovoltaic panels.

Standards, among other things, include energy-saving gas boilers, triple-glazed windows, preparation for air conditioning and for front window blinds, rainwater tanks in the garden. The project plans two electric car fast-charging racks.
