SCHEDULE
Payment schedule for FAMILY HOUSES:
A reservation fee of CZK 200,000 is payable within 3 working days of signing the reservation contract.
The future purchase contract must be signed within 30 days of signing the reservation contract. Within 5 working days of signing it, 20% of the purchase price must be paid.
The remaining 80% of the purchase price is payable after the final inspection, before signing the purchase contract.

A reservation fee of CZK 100,000 is payable within 3 working days of signing the reservation contract.
The future purchase contract must be signed within 30 days of signing the reservation contract. Within 5 working days of signing it, 20% of the purchase price must be paid.
